About Saint Melchizedek
Melchizedek appears briefly in Genesis as king of Salem and priest of God Most High. He brings bread and wine, blesses Abraham, and receives a tenth from him. Psalm 110 and the Letter to the Hebrews later use his mysterious priesthood to illuminate Christ’s eternal priesthood, without supplying further biography.
