Delete your Novena account

You can permanently remove your Novena account and associated app data from inside the Novena app. If you cannot access the app, support can process the request manually.

How to delete your account

    Open Novena

    Sign in with the account you want to delete.

  2. 02

    Go to your profile

    Open the account or profile area from the main app navigation.

  3. 03

    Open account settings

    Choose "Delete Account" from the account and privacy section.

  4. 04

    Type "DELETE" to confirm

    Confirm the deletion request. This permanently removes your account data and cannot be undone.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your Novena account, your personal app data is permanently removed, including:

  • Your account profile, display name, email, and preferences
  • Your active novenas, completed novenas, and abandoned novena history
  • Your private intentions, prayer activity, cares, and related markers
  • Your Bible bookmarks, reading progress, reminders, and device records
  • Your activity calendar, journey progress, and app-specific settings

Personal data is deleted from our servers within 30 days of your request unless retention is required by law. Anonymous, aggregated analytics data that cannot identify you may be retained.

Manual Requests

If you cannot access Novena, email support from the address associated with your account. Include “Novena account deletion request” in the subject line and tell us the account email you used in the app.
