About Saint Joseph of Cupertino
Joseph of Cupertino struggled with learning, clumsiness, and rejection before the Conventual Franciscans accepted him for humble work and eventually ordained him. During prayer he experienced extraordinary ecstasies, including reported levitations, which brought fame and restrictions. He accepted isolation obediently and remained devoted to the Eucharist, poverty, and simple trust in God.
