About Saint Andrew Corsini
Andrew Corsini, born in Florence in 1302, entered the Carmelites and became known for penance, preaching, and care for the poor. As bishop of Fiesole, he reformed clergy and served as a trusted peacemaker; Pope Urban V sent him to reconcile divided factions in Bologna. He died in 1374.
