Aloysius Gonzaga was born into a sixteenth-century Italian ruling family and renounced inheritance and military expectations to enter the Jesuits. Prayer

Pray with Saint Aloysius Gonzaga

God of generous youth, you led Saint Aloysius Gonzaga away from status and toward humble service. Through his intercession, guide young people discerning vocation, purify our desires, and protect caregivers in epidemics. Teach us to see Christ in those whom fear makes others avoid. Amen.
