About Saint Veronica Giuliani
Veronica Giuliani entered the Capuchin Poor Clares at Città di Castello in 1677. A practical community leader as well as a mystic, she served as novice mistress and abbess. Under obedience she recorded her prayer and reported experiences of Christ’s Passion in an extensive diary; Church authorities tested her claims carefully.
