About Saint Louis de Montfort
Louis-Marie Grignion de Montfort, born in Brittany in 1673, became an itinerant priest preaching parish missions across western France. He taught a strongly Christ-centered consecration through Mary, promoted the Rosary, served the poor, and wrote works including True Devotion to Mary. He founded the Company of Mary and helped form the Daughters of Wisdom.
