Until Every Enemy Falls

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Lord Jesus Christ, King of the Universe, you conquer sin by self-giving love and draw all creation toward the Father's peace. Rule my heart during these nine days, receive the intention I bring, and make my life a faithful sign of your kingdom. Teach me to prefer your truth over every lesser loyalty. Amen.

For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet.

Christ reigns now, yet the world still groans under sin, injustice, and death. The Church waits for the day when his victory is fully revealed and every wound is judged and healed. Christian hope works faithfully in the present because the final outcome belongs to Jesus. Death itself, the final enemy, cannot survive his risen life.

Jesus, everlasting King, I place my intention and every unresolved struggle beneath your merciful authority. Keep me watchful, faithful, and active in love until your kingdom comes in fullness. Give me endurance to resist evil, repair injustice, and console those who mourn. Amen.

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee, blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Jesus, my King and Savior, bring my intention into the wisdom of your Sacred Heart. Reign in my mind, will, relationships, work, and community, until all creation shares the freedom and peace of your everlasting kingdom. Make me ready to serve wherever your authority sends me. Amen.
