¹The LORD says: "Maintain justice and do what is right, for my salvation is near and my righteousness will soon be revealed.

⁶Also the foreigners who join themselves to the LORD to serve him, and to love the LORD's name, to be his servants, everyone who keeps the Sabbath from profaning it, and holds fast my covenant,

⁷I will bring these to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer. Their burnt offerings and their sacrifices will be accepted on my altar; for my house will be called a house of prayer for all peoples."

²May God be merciful to us, bless us, and cause his face to shine on us. Selah.

³That your way may be known on earth, and your salvation among all nations,

⁵Oh let the nations be glad and sing for joy, for you will judge the peoples with equity, and govern the nations on earth. Selah.

⁶Let the peoples praise you, God. Let all the peoples praise you.

⁸God will bless us. All the ends of the earth shall fear him.

¹³For I speak to you who are Gentiles. Since then as I am an apostle to Gentiles, I glorify my ministry,

¹⁴if by any means I may provoke to jealousy those who are my flesh, and may save some of them.

¹⁵For if the rejection of them is the reconciling of the world, what would their acceptance be, but life from the dead?

²⁹For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.

³⁰For as you in time past were disobedient to God, but now have obtained mercy by their disobedience,

³¹even so these also have now been disobedient, that by the mercy shown to you they may also obtain mercy.

³²For God has bound all to disobedience, that he might have mercy on all.

²¹Jesus went out from there and withdrew into the region of Tyre and Sidon.

²²Behold, a Canaanite woman came out from those borders and cried, saying, "Have mercy on me, Lord, you son of David! My daughter is severely possessed by a demon!"

²³But he answered her not a word. His disciples came and begged him, saying, "Send her away; for she cries after us."

²⁴But he answered, "I wasn't sent to anyone but the lost sheep of the house of Israel."

²⁵But she came and worshiped him, saying, "Lord, help me."

²⁶But he answered, "It is not appropriate to take the children's bread and throw it to the dogs."

²⁷But she said, "Yes, Lord, but even the dogs eat the crumbs which fall from their masters' table."

²⁸Then Jesus answered her, "Woman, great is your faith! Be it done to you even as you desire." And her daughter was healed from that hour.
