Prayer Heard in Heaven

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

God of all healing, you sent the archangel Raphael to serve your saving plan. Through his intercession, guide me on the road, protect those I love, heal what is wounded, and receive the intention I carry. Keep all my trust centered on your providence. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.

The prayer of both was heard before the glory of the great God.

In Tobit, two prayers rise from households separated by distance and grief, and both are heard before God's glory. Neither petitioner can see how the Lord is already joining their stories through Raphael's mission. Our hidden needs are never isolated from God's wider providence. Entrust him with the whole truth, including what you cannot explain.

St. Raphael, join your intercession to my prayer in service of God's will. Pray for everyone whose hidden need is joined to mine, and help me wait for an answer with trust and openness. Teach me to name my need honestly without treating prayer as control. Amen.

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee, blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

St. Raphael, faithful servant before the throne of God, pray for travelers, married couples, the sick, and all who need a trustworthy companion. Lead us toward the healing and peace that come from Christ alone. May every grace lead us to bless the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Amen.
