Who Heals All Your Diseases

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

O God, you healed your servant Peregrine of a grave illness and made him a patron of all who suffer in body. As I begin this novena, look with mercy on the sickness I bring before you. Through his intercession, grant healing if it is your will, and the grace to bear what is not yet lifted. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.

who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases,

The psalmist blesses the Lord as the one who forgives all our sins and heals all our diseases - joining the healing of body and soul together. St. Peregrine reminds us that all healing finally comes from God, whether through medicine, through time, or through wonder. We turn to him as the source.

Lord, you are the one who forgives all my sins and heals all my diseases; every cure comes finally from your hand. I bless you even now, in the midst of illness. Through the intercession of St. Peregrine, heal what is broken in my body, and never let me forget that you are the giver of all health. Amen.

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.
