Immaculate Heart of Mary, wholly open to God and united to the Heart of Jesus, receive me into your motherly care. Teach me to listen to the word, serve with haste, praise with humility, and remain faithful beneath the Cross. Lead my heart away from sin and toward the love of your Son. Amen.

Put on therefore, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, a heart of compassion, kindness, lowliness, humility, and perseverance;

Mary's immaculate heart is not untouched by suffering. Because she loves deeply, the pain of Jesus and the needs of others reach her. Purity does not make a person numb; it frees compassion from hatred, possession, and despair. Her maternal intercession teaches us to stay tender while remaining rooted in hope and truth.

Immaculate Heart of Mary, stay near everyone whose love has become a source of sorrow. Keep pain from closing my heart or making me bitter. Through your intercession, clothe me in compassion, kindness, humility, and perseverance. Help me remain tender without surrendering truth or wise boundaries. Amen.

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee, blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in your mercy hear and answer me. Amen.

Immaculate Heart of Mary, take the intention I carry and present it to your Son. Shelter those who are afraid, comfort those pierced by sorrow, and call wandering hearts back to grace. Obtain for me a clean and steadfast heart, so that my thoughts, choices, and loves may belong more completely to Jesus. Amen.
