A Heart That Says Yes

Immaculate Heart of Mary, wholly open to God and united to the Heart of Jesus, receive me into your motherly care. Teach me to listen to the word, serve with haste, praise with humility, and remain faithful beneath the Cross. Lead my heart away from sin and toward the love of your Son. Amen.

Mary said, 'Behold, the servant of the Lord; let it be done to me according to your word.' Then the angel departed from her.

Mary's immaculate heart is not closed around its own plans; it is free to receive God's word. Her yes is thoughtful, courageous, and complete. Devotion to her heart begins by asking for the same inner availability, especially where obedience feels uncertain. Her freedom is the fruit of grace.

Immaculate Heart of Mary, teach me your trusting yes. Help me release the plans and fears that keep me from responding to God. Pray that I may receive his word freely and live it with courage and steady love in every ordinary choice today. Amen.

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.
