Our Lady of Fatima Novena

Where Two or Three Gather

Day 7 of 9 · 5 min

  1. 01

    Sign of the Cross

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

  2. 02

    Opening

Our Lady of Fatima, Queen of the Holy Rosary, you came to three children in a quiet field and asked the world to pray, to do penance, and to turn back to God. You promised that in the end your Immaculate Heart would triumph. As I begin these days of prayer, give me a heart willing to answer your call. Teach me to pray with all my soul, and to long, as you do, for the peace of the whole world. Our Lady of Fatima, pray for us. Amen.

  3. 03

    Your Intention

Let us pause in silence, and bring to mind the intention you are praying for.

In the app, your own saved intention rests here during the silence. The narration stays the same for everyone.

  4. 04

    Scripture

    Matthew 18:20

For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them.

  5. 05

    Reflection

Our Lady of Fatima asked not only for private prayer but for prayer shared - families and communities turning to God together. Where even a few gather in his name, Christ is present among them. United prayer has a power that reaches far beyond ourselves, out into the whole world.

  6. 06

    Prayer

Our Lady of Fatima, you asked us to pray together for sinners and for peace. Draw my family and my community to prayer, and join us to the prayers of the whole Church. Where we gather in your Son's name, let him be present, and let our prayer bear fruit for the world. Amen.

  7. 07

    Our Father

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

  8. 08

    Hail Mary

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee, blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

  9. 09

    Glory Be

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

  10. 10

    Memorare

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help, or sought your intercession was left unaided. Inspired by this confidence, I fly to you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother; to you do I come, before you I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in your mercy hear and answer me. Amen.

  11. 11

    Closing

Our Lady of Fatima, Queen of the Holy Rosary, you asked us to pray for sinners and for the peace of the world, and you promised that your Immaculate Heart would triumph. Take the intention I have carried through these days and present it to your Son. Make me an instrument of his peace, faithful in prayer and quick to turn from sin. I consecrate myself to your Immaculate Heart; lead me safely to Jesus. Amen.

  12. 12

    Sign of the Cross

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
