Terms of Service

Bible Verse Box is a Scripture promise box app. It provides daily Bible verses, saved verses, Bible reading, Home Screen widgets, optional reminders, verse audio, and sharing tools.

Bible Verse Box is separate from the PrayLamp Catholic prayer app and the Novena app, even though they are published by the same company under the PrayLamp brand.

Bible Verse Box is free to download and use. Bible Verse Box does not offer Premium, subscriptions, in-app purchases, external checkout, paid upgrades, paid digital content, or paid functionality.

PrayLamp Premium belongs to the separate PrayLamp app. A PrayLamp Premium subscription does not unlock content, services, or functionality in Bible Verse Box.

Bible Verse Box may create an anonymous account so your verse box activity can sync with our service. You may link that account with Sign in with Apple or Google sign-in so your saved verses and settings can follow you across devices.

You are responsible for keeping access to your linked account secure. If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, contact us at [email protected].

You keep ownership of the content and app data you create in Bible Verse Box, including saved verses, bookmarks, notes where available, reminder settings, and app preferences. You grant Devote Good LLC permission to store and process that data only to provide and improve Bible Verse Box.

When you share a verse card or link, you choose what is shared through the system share sheet or the save-to-photos action.

You agree not to misuse Bible Verse Box or its services. You may not:

• Use the app for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to access another user's data or account.
• Interfere with the app, backend service, widgets, or content delivery systems.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or automate access to the service in a harmful way.

Bible Verse Box uses third-party services for app functionality, including Firebase and Google Cloud for account and sync infrastructure, OneSignal for notifications, Microsoft Clarity for product analytics, Sign in with Apple, and Google sign-in. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms and privacy policies.

You can delete your Bible Verse Box account from the app settings. Deleting your account removes Bible Verse Box app data from our servers within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

Bible Verse Box provides devotional and educational Scripture content. It is not a substitute for professional advice, pastoral care, or your own judgment. The app is provided as is and as available.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify users through the app or site.
